All services are subject to a service agreement or project proposal signed by the client.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and timely information as requested
Make timely payments as agreed in the quotation or invoice
Review and approve deliverables within the given timeframe
Communicate project feedback and requirements clearly
4. Payment Terms
All services are provided on a prepaid or milestone-based payment structure unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may incur penalties or suspension of services.
Payments are non-refundable unless specified in a written agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
All deliverables such as websites, designs, source code, and other digital products remain the intellectual property of Boost Stride Tech Solutions until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, clients are granted full usage rights unless otherwise stated in the contract.
6. Confidentiality
We respect your confidentiality and will not disclose any sensitive or business-specific information without your consent. Similarly, clients agree not to share confidential details or proprietary tools used by Boost Stride Tech Solutions.
7. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party platforms or tools to deliver our services (e.g., hosting services, plugins, payment gateways). We are not liable for issues arising from third-party tools but will support clients in resolving them when possible.
8. Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide the best services; however, we are not liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data or business interruption
External factors beyond our control (e.g., server downtime, cyberattacks, etc.)
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
A client breaches these terms
Payments are overdue beyond the allowed grace period
Misuse or unethical behavior is detected
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Kathmandu, Nepal.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
